Guarantee Type

Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type.
Room assignments and preferences are based on availability at check-in.

Cancellation

Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted on the card on file at the time of booking.

Parking

There is a nightly $70 charge for Valet parking per vehicle.

Incidental Hold
