Guarantee Type 
  • Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. 
  • Room assignments and preferences are based on availability at check-in. 
Deposit Policy 
  • At the time of booking, one night deposit is due. 
Cancellation 
  • Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. 
  • Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted on the card on file at the time of booking. 
 Parking
  • There is a nightly $42 charge for Valet parking per vehicle. 
 Incidental Hold 
  • A $100 incidental hold per day is authorized at the time of check-in.
