MCA Winter 2027 Annual Meeting

Guarantee Type 

Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Room assignments and preferences are based on availability at check-in. 

Upgrades are available for an additional fee and based on availability. 

All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking. 

Accompanying Guest 

Please leave accompanying guest names in the comments section at the time of booking. 

Cancellation 

Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. 

Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted on the card on file at the time of booking. 

Early Departure 

If a guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to their account.  Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. 

Resort Service Charge 

A nightly $20 Resort Service Charge and tax, (discounted from $45), will apply. 

Incidental Hold 

$100 incidental hold per day is authorized at the time of check in. 

Parking 

There is a nightly charge for both self and valet parking. The self-parking rate is $45 per vehicle, per night. The valet parking is $68 per vehicle, per night.
