 • All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which must be supplied at the time of booking.
• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
• In order to guarantee your reservation, a refundable one night room and tax deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
• The name on the credit card must match the guest checking into the hotel. If the credit card that will be used for payment will not be physically present at check in or the credit card holder will not be staying at the hotel, please call the hotel directly (512) 476-3700 for an online credit card authorization form. Payment must be completed 7 days prior to arrival date and we reserve the right to deny authorization for any reason.
